Hamilton Helps projects to-date include:
Launching the Hamilton Healthy Food Connections program, giving seniors and individuals in need with Hamilton County Farmers Market vouchers to help make healthy food more accessible across our county
Sharing “Please Wear a Mask” signs across Hamilton County to help our businesses stay open and our community stay safe.
Providing grant writing assistance to local agencies enhancing food security in our county
Disseminating informational materials to the Town of Indian Lake and providing weekly updates in the Hamilton County Express
Publicizing local food pantry’s donation needs and fundraising for additional matching contributions
Facilitating resource-sharing partnerships among businesses, homeowners, and agencies
Equipping Indian Lake residents with homemade masks through the Community Masks Making Project
Connecting Hamilton Country seniors and low-income families with local produce from the area’s summer farmers markets through the Hamilton Healthy Food Connections Program
